Carol Meyers

Carol Meyers has a long, successful history in the real estate industry, first being licensed in the Kansas City MO area in 1975. Since that time Carol has owned her own real estate franchise, managed an office and trained thousands of agents and managers, both for her own companies and as the Western Region Trainer for the Coldwell Banker Residential Affiliates.

After leaving the training end of the business in 1997, Carol resumed her sales career in Southern California , specializing in the south Orange County area. She is a consummate professional, earning top sales awards yearly. In addition Carol has earned many honors in the industry, holding the GRI, CRS, ePro, LTG and PMN designations. She is also active in organized Real Estate as a Director for the California Association of REALTORS and serves the Orange County Association of REALTORS as a Director and as Treasurer, also chairing the Finance Committee. She serves on several other committees, believing strongly in giving back to the Industry that has given so much to her.

When Carol began her sales career in the ‘70's, she was a single mother with 4 children - not the easiest way to begin a demanding career. She was successful from the beginning, crediting much of her success to the coaching she received from her first manager and trainer. Since then she had consistently passed her knowledge on to the agents and managers she has trained and has developed a strong love for the coaching side of the business.

She has participated for many years in the Landmark Education programs, completing the Curriculum for Living, the Communication Series and the Wisdom Course. Starting with Landmark Education, Carol began formal coaching in 2002 and specializes in helping people develop and enhance business strategies. Her basic philosophy is that most adults know what to do (or can find out); the problem for most people is doing what one knows to do! And the gap between knowing and doing is where coaching begins!

Carol lives in Laguna Hills , California with her dog, Sydney and cats Princess and Brat (both named for their personalities!). When not selling or training or coaching or doing organization activities, she loves traveling to Seattle or Kansas City or Andover , MA to visit her children and three grandchildren.
